Do you take any personal customisation orders?
We currently don't take any personal customisation orders. However, if you wish to have a customisation in your size, you can select the 'Custom Size' option while purchasing your product and we shall get in touch with you. You can also contact us at: email@example.com for the same.
Do you have any shipping charges?
For all of our prepaid products we offer free shipping.
Do you have COD shipping?
We don't offer COD shipping through our website. However, if you wish to pay via COD you can contact us at +91 9152736080. Please note that in case of COD shipping, you'll have to transfer half product amount at the time of placing the order.
How long does it take for the order to get delivered?
You can expect your order between 7 to 15 business days. Since we work on made to order basis, some orders may take longer than others to deliver depending on the design and pattern of clothing. That being said, we shall try our best to get your precious dresses to you as soon as we can!
How do I return my order?
We do not take returns as all of our products are made to order and will be made according to your size. However, we may consider returns in certain exceptional cases. To know more, please check our Returns & Cancellations page.
What if I receive a damaged product?
TFF assures quality products to its clients. Every product is checked thoroughly before shipping. If the product received has been damaged or tampered with during the process of delivery, please send us an email with the photographs of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get in touch with you right away!
My order is missing. What should I do?
